Breakfast, check out and as per chosen flight time transfer to Istanbul Airport for departure to Athens. Meet on arrival for transfer to hotel, rest of evening at leisure. Overnight in Athens.
Breakfast at hotel then join on one of the following regular group excursions and visit Acropolis, New Acropolis Museum and panoramic drive through city center. Afternoon and evening free at leisure for you to further explore on your own. Overnight in Athens.
Today you have the choice to join on either the full day Delphi Tour or full day Argolis Tour.
Delphi - Depart on drive through the fertile plain of Boeotia, crossing towns of Thebes connected with tragedy of King Oedipus Levadia and Arachova. In Delphi visit the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and Museum containing such masterpieces of Ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer and the athlete Aghias.
Argolis - Leave by the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal. Drive to Mycenae and visit the Lion’s Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, and the Royal Tombs etc. Depart for Nauplion the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress. Afternoon, leave for Epidauros to visit the theatre famous for its astonishing acoustics. Overnight in Athens.
